WHAT WE LEARNT

I realized that regular sync-ups and discovery sessions really aid design and flow, ensuring the project not only meets requirements but also resonates with the client. Version management is crucial too—keeping branches organized prevents conflicts and confusion.

• Git Version Management: Branch per feature and frequent merges keep codebases clean and make rollbacks straightforward.

• Nameserver Transfers: Coordinating DNS changes early avoids downtime—plan TTL reductions and registrar hand-offs well in advance.

• Discovery Sessions: Weekly check-ins uncover evolving needs and catch misalignments before they become costly rework.

• Modular Component Design: Building reusable React components for each page’s unique section accelerates development and ensures consistency.
